Privacy Policy

Zero-Knowledge Privacy
Your project content (PRD, technical documents, and Live Preview) is encrypted end-to-end in the browser before being sent to our servers. Encryption keys are held only by you via your passphrase — Creata cannot read your documents, including our technical team and administrators.
AI Usage
When you generate or chat, your document content is processed momentarily by the AI model provider to produce output. Data is not used for model training (per provider policy) and is not stored by Creata.
Payments
Payments are processed by a payment gateway provider (SumoPay / Stripe). Creata never stores card numbers or balances. Payment history is kept for invoicing and support purposes.
