1. Service
Creata provides an AI-powered technical blueprint generator. Generated documents are for reference and do not replace professional engineering or legal advice.
2. Accounts & Quotas
Blueprint and AI chat quotas are calculated per calendar month and do not roll over. One-time tokens are permanent and stackable. Deleting a project frees a project slot but does not refund used blueprint quota.
3. Zero-Knowledge
Project content is encrypted end-to-end. Creata does not hold the keys to read your documents. You are responsible for keeping your passphrase and recovery code safe; losing both means your data cannot be recovered. If you skip passphrase creation, projects are stored without end-to-end encryption and may be visible to the service provider.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by a third-party gateway (SumoPay / Stripe). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for unused plans; final decisions follow the applicable refund policy.
5. Fair Use
It is prohibited to use the service for illegal content, copyright infringement, or system abuse (multi-accounts to exploit free quotas). Violations may result in account suspension.
6. Service Termination
We may suspend or modify the service with reasonable notice. Your encrypted project data remains yours.
